The layout comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with one double bed, four single beds, and a double sofa bed. Note: Central heating is regulated by the building’s shared system and operates from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to midnight, with the temperature set to 21°C. How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
