Room for rent in a spacious and bright apartment, located on the third floor in the Monteverde district. The room features a large window, a double bed, a desk, a bookcase, and a four-door wardrobe. The bathroom and kitchen are shared, and the apartment offers free wifi. The price includes weekly cleaning of the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, as well as weekly change of bed linen and towels (face and shower towels). Near the apartment, there are many coin-operated laundromats, but personal laundry can be done once a week. The use of the dishwasher is shared. Nearby, there are plenty of shops, supermarkets, and a daily fruit and vegetable market, as well as sports centers and swimming pools. Within a short distance from the apartment (a 10-minute walk) lies the largest park in the city, Villa Pamphili, ideal for jogging and nature walks. The historic city center is easily reachable, just 20 minutes away by tram 8. Also, it's 10 minutes from Trastevere station, which offers connections to Fiumicino airport and the Roman coast (Ostia, Ladispoli, Anzio...). It's also easy to reach the Central railway station (Termini Station). I have 3 rules to live happily together: * it is not allowed to get drunk and smoke (in the whole house) *It is not allowed to have guests.
