This spacious one-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Milan, on Via Friuli, ideal for those coming to the city to study or work and looking for a well-maintained, comfortable, and welcoming space. The apartment is bright and functional, featuring a large living room with an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine), a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and a small balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, plus a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a separate laundry area with a washing machine. Natural light flows generously through every window, making each space pleasant to live in throughout the day. Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00. Monthly rates: • 1.500,00€ for monthly rent; • 250,00€ for building fees; • 250,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas); Total of monthly cost: 2.000,00€. You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts: • 1.500€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK); • 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning; • 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 am to 9 pm), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence. Linen is not included. IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send directly to the property the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs directly to the property (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed. The location is one of its key strengths.
