This is a non-smoking property — smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A security deposit equal to two months’ rent is required upon signing. The landlord will conduct monthly inspections to ensure the property is being well-kept and that no damage has occurred. Should the apartment not be returned in the same condition as it was received, a cleaning fee will be charged upon move-out.
