It is on the 5th floor of the building with a large veranda and a wonderful view of Lycabettus Hill, one bedroom, a kitchen, private bathroom and a living room. It is fully equipped in a safe neighborhood, next to Pedion of Areos park, with supermarkets, bakeries, shops and public transport to all university schools. The nearest metro station (Ambelokipi station) is a 10-minute walk away. The Athens School of Economics (ASOE) is also within walking distance, same as the Archaeological Museum of Athens, as well as the Athens Polytechnic University with its School of Architecture. The apartment is close to both neighborhoods of Exarchia and Kypseli where there are many small bars, ouzerias and special café-restaurants that the city's youth choose. It has hot water through a solar water heater, Internet connection (fiber optics network) and the rent also includes water, electricity, utilities, airconditioning maintenance bills. Note that the electricity bill is covered for an amount up to 100 euros per month. In the event that there is an excess in energy consumption leading above this certain limit, the extra amount of money will be paid by the tenant. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
