Mail deliveries are separate to this, and onsite team will keep for collection on level 9 i.e. Amazon etc ✓ Weekly room clean, bedding and towel change included in room cost ✓ SMEG in room appliances and Nespresso coffee machine - 4 pods included for check in, pods will not be replenished during stay ✓ Residental Contract will be signed, agreeing guest & noise policy 📝Please Note: Late Check-in/out costs may be £10 per hour, and subject to availability. How Tenant Protection works
How rent is calculated
Per day
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent. We call this a Daily contract type.
Cancellation policy

If you cancel:

  • Within 24 hours of confirmation – Full refund of first month’s rent
  • After 24 hours of confirmation – No refund

The Tenant Protection fee is non-refundable.

How to rent this place

If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

  1. Select your dates to check availability.
  2. Click <b>Apply to rent</b>.
  3. Add your supporting documents and payment details to pre-authorize a potential payment.
  4. When you are ready to book, send a booking request.
  5. If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.

After your rental is confirmed on HousingAnywhere, you and the landlord will receive each other’s contact details. You can then contact them outside our platform, or continue messaging on HousingAnywhere. You can pay future months’ rent and other rental costs using our payment request feature.
