The Tuscolano neighbourhood is located in the southeast of Rome, close to the Aurelian Walls. This area sees the presence of many different architectural styles. It is bordered by the Parco degli Acquedotti, a true green oasis and a precious testimony of Rome's historical and archaeological heritage. The Tuscolano is also renowned for the famous Cinecittà film studios (with only 8 stops on the metro A , you reach Cinecittà Studios ), the most important production centre of the Italian film industry. In addition, the area is full of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars; the Via Appia can be considered, after the chic streets of the historical centre, one of the most important shopping streets in Rome. On entering the house there is a large entrance hall from which you enter the living room and to the right there is a corridor from where you enter the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The rooms are spacious. The windows and the balcony overlook the condominium, so very quiet. Bedrooms The bedroom has a double bed (160 cm x 190 cm), bedside tables and a large wardrobe. The room has an air-conditioning system. From the bedroom, you access the balcony. Bathrooms The bathroom has sanitary facilities and a bathtub with a hand shower. The washing machine is located in the bathroom. Kitchen The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, electric oven, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery for six people. The kitchen has a comfortable table with four chairs, and there is a door to the balcony. Sitting Room The living room has a sofa bed, a television corner and a dining table with 4 chairs.
