Suitable for both domestic and international students (many Erasmus students stayed here over the years) or young professionals. Each room is furnished; it has a refrigerator, a new mattress, and wi-fi. We have organized cleaning of common areas (kitchen, living room with library, laundry room with 2 washing machines and a dryer and bathrooms). 📍Location: The building is located in the heart of Ljubljana, with all amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants and a bakery on your doorstep. The Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Medicine are also in the immediate vicinity. In front of the building there is a bus stop for lines 2, 13, 20. The Community: We're a fun, respectful, and international household - a welcoming space to connect, make lasting friends & memories, and enjoy everything the city of Ljubljana has to offer. If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

- If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.

After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
