Hola ,tengo un piso que te va a entusiasmar para compartir!Imaginate,!85 metrazos cuadrados totalmente reformados a capricho! La cocina es tipo office,asi que tendras un espacio guay para cocinar y echar unas risas mientras preparas la (hidden),no tiene un salom comedor enorme,pero piensalo menos espacio que limpiar y mas intimidad en tu pedazo de habitacion. Y hablando de habitaciones preparate!cada una tiene su propio baño completo.Olvidate de las colas mañaneras y de tener que compartir el gel.!un lujo,te digo!Ademas cada una viene con su propio split de aire acondicionado y ventilador!ni frio ni calor, a tu gusto! Las camas son de 1,35 asi que espacio de sobra para dormir a pierna suelta.Y la cocina...!una pasada! Totalmente equipada y a estrenar,con electrodomesticos que huelen a nuevo!Te vas a sentir como un chef! La ubicacion es de lo (hidden) estudias en la UCAM tienes la parada de bus a 1 minuto y te deja enla (hidden) eres mas de la MERCED ,te hechas un paseo de 20 minutos y listo.Y si te va el rollo de viajar o eres un crac de la musica,la estacion de Ave y el conservatorio estan a tiro de piedra !a 300 metros! Y para el dia a dia ,olvidate de dramas.Tienes el Mercadona ,tiendas de todo tipo,la lavanderia...!todo a menos de 5 minutos andando.Vamos que no te va a faltar de nada. ¿ a que mola el plan?!un piso reformado,con baño propio,aire acondicionado,cerca de todo y con cocina nueva!para entrar ya! Para los compis del piso busco gente tranquila y responsable,asi que me gustaria que fueran estudiantes de la UCAM (o de otras univesidades pero con justificante de matricula) o trabajadores con contrato de trabajo .!asi nos aseguramos u ambiente way y sin rollos...
