This beautifully renovated and fully furnished 65 square meters apartment on the 1st floor ( 10 stairs to walk up from the entrance of the building) features 3 bedrooms. Located only 2 minutes walking from the bus stop at Patission avenue , it is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and supermarket. Each bedroom is about 16 square meters and has its own lock on the door, ensuring privacy. They also come equipped with Air conditioning and high-speed VDSL 50 Mbps Wi-Fi. The private bedroom has a single bed, desk for studying or working, lamp, closet, a very small balcony and its own fridge. In addition to the private bedrooms, tenants will also share the common areas with your roommate, which include a small living room , a kitchen equipped with stove , oven , fridge , a bathroom with a washing machine (with a drying rack provided for your convenience). There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, frying pans, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but in case there is something missing or in a bad shape , we do not provide / replace them. We provide only the 5 major electric appliance (Stove , oven , fridge, washing machine and boiler for hot water) . You are welcome to use any other appliance or kitchen utensil that previous guest have left but if you need anything else you have to buy it for your self.
