The main bus/train station is 1,5km away or about 25 minute walking. It’s a charming apartment with whimsical wooden staircase and a lovely green garden just outside the house. Suitable for three Erasmus students. The city bus stations, free bike stations are also very near. And all the bars, shops and even market are very near. This is a three bedroom apartment with a large, spacious living room together with nice, fully equipped kitchen/dinning area and bathroom and a balcony. Two main bedrooms has a double bed (160x200 and 180x200), a closet and table with chair and can take 2 guests. Third bedroom has a single bed, walk-in closet, plenty of shelves and a desk with chair for a single guest. All rooms have large windows and are nice and bright. Living room with comfortable extendable sofa can also bed for 1 more guests if needed. Kitchen has a dining table with 5 chairs and a bench with window for plenty natural light, lots of shelves and of course is fully equipped with everything you might need in any kitchen. Bathroom/toilet has a shower, sink, toilet, washing machine. Guests are welcome to use every space in the apartment, balcony and of course huge lovely green garden and terrace just outside the house. Monthly costs are between two hundred fifty to three hundred with everything included Reserved free parking on the premises....
