Welcome to our splendid 6-bedroom Mansion, adjacent to all European Union Institutions and 15 min away from Grand Place (direct metro). Newly renovated, it blends traditional charm with modern amenities. Its location makes it ideal for professionals or those visiting the city who want luxurious comfort in close range of Grand Place. With ample living spaces, a peaceful garden to socialize, a gym, and a fun kids' room, it's also very family-friendly. The Space: On the ground floor, enjoy the living room, dining room, sunroom leading to a beautiful garden, and a kitchen. The first floor hosts an office, complete with a sofa bed (queen-sized), and a bedroom featuring a queen bed and private bathroom. The second-floor houses two more bedrooms with queen beds with a shared bathroom; one provides access to a delightful outdoor patio. The third floor reveals a bathroom, a gym with a queen sofa bed, and a kids' room boasting a bunk bed, sleeping two. The house comfortably accommodates ten guests (2 of them being children), with its versatile sleeping arrangements: three queen beds, two sofa beds, and a bunk bed. The house also has a small laundry room with a Washer/Dryer We pride ourselves on being family-friendly and are happy to provide a complimentary travel cot and high chair for families with young children, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We aim to provide a comfortable and seamless stay for our guests. Below are the details regarding the amenities and supplies available during your stay. Please note: ● These items are only provided at check-in and are not replenished throughout the stay. ● Additional requests for these amenities and supplies will be subject to an extra fee. ● Many of these items can also be conveniently purchased from nearby stores. Need the Sofa Bed? Just Let Us Know! At Nested, your comfort is our priority. In apartments equipped with a sofa bed, we’re happy to prepare it with fresh linens and everything you need, just let us know in advance! To ensure a smooth check-in experience, please request the sofa bed setup before your arrival date. If the request is made after check-in, a 75€ service fee will apply to cover preparation and logistics. Towels: ● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival. ● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee. ● For stays longer than 7 days: The first additional towel request is free of charge. The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee. Cleaning Request: ● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay. ● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your time in this beautiful city! Check-in is available from 4 PM to 11:30 PM. Please let us know your expected arrival time so we can assist you with access to the main door during check-in. Plus, Brussels Airport is just a quick train or taxi ride away. By Car - There is paid street parking (free on weekends) as well as a Paid (Inter-Parking) Public Garage 4min walk from he apartment. Other Things to Note: As per the house rules, we kindly request a deposit/guarantee of 500EUR to be made 2 days before your check-in, as per our house rules, in order to receive your check-in instructions. This is just a precautionary measure to ensure that you have sufficient funds in case of any unforeseen damages during your stay. Please don't worry, as this won't be an actual charge on your card but rather a pre-authorization. We'll send you a payment link with all the necessary information to make the deposit 2 days prior to your stay. If your stay is less than 2 days away, we'll send it to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied. Additionally, any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges...

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
