Towels: ● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival. ● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee. For stays longer than 7 days: The first additional towel request is free of charge. The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee. Cleaning Request: ● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay. ● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. Other Things to Note: Here’s what you need to know: ● Pets Accepted: Small dogs under 13 kg only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats or other pets. ● Approval Process: Let us know your dog’s breed, size, and any relevant details for pre-approval. ● Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required to cover any potential damages or extra cleaning. ● Guest Responsibility: We kindly ask that your dog is well-behaved, house-trained, and does not disturb the neighbors. ● Guest support is available from 9 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week. Additional cleaning on demand is also available at a surcharge. ● We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
