In de buurt zijn diverse scholen, sportvoorzieningen, horecagelegenheden en parken aanwezig en in het hart van Groot IJsselmonde bevindt zich het grote winkelcentrum Keizerswaard, met diverse winkels en delicatessen. Het Cor Kieboomplein is er ook niet ver vandaan, waar je terecht kan voor een hapje eten of een gezellig avondje uit bij o.a. diverse restaurants, Pathé de Kuip en Atoll. Verder is de woning gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van de uitvalswegen A15 en A16 (richting Dordrecht, Den Haag, etc)....
