A solo 5 paradas de metro de Plaza Catalunya (10minutos) y a un agradable paseo caminando de la Playa de la Marbella. Habitación en uso individual 710€ incluye 30€ de gastos comunes. Si es más de 30€ el gasto de los suministros, se deberá pagar a parte. Apto para parejas 130€ más al mes. Incluye 60€ de gastos comunes. Si se quiere usar el cerrojo en la puerta, se deberá pagar una fianza de 150€ que se devolverá al terminar la estancia y recibir la llave de vuelta.
