The building consists of spacious studios, each with a private bathroom and kitchenette — offering residents privacy, comfort, and independence. Exceptional shared amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, large living room, dining area, dedicated workspaces, and a cozy lounge — all designed to foster connection and well-being. The community will consist mainly of international expats and young professionals who value comfort, design, and meaningful connection.
