Old Brick is a beautifully renovated building of over 600 m2, located at Oudesteenweg 108 in a quiet neighborhood close to shops, public transport, and Antwerp Central Station. The building consists of spacious studios, each with a private bathroom and kitchenette — offering residents privacy, comfort, and independence. Exceptional shared amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, large living room, dining area, dedicated workspaces, and a cozy lounge — all designed to foster connection and well-being. The community will consist mainly of international expats and young professionals who value comfort, design, and meaningful connection. Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
