The security deposit is one month's rent for tenants staying 1-3 months, and two month's rent for tenants staying above 3 months. During your stay, two sets of bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, and kitchen towels are provided. The rental fee includes a cleaning service, which is carried out on a monthly basis.
