It is a villa close to the sea, with a lot of work still to be done — and I'm taking care of it all by myself! 😄 The sea is about one kilometer away on foot, but at sunset the view from the upper floor is absolutely stunning. The town center — with a pharmacy, grocery stores, and public transport — is near the seafront, so you can reach everything on foot. If you're up for it, we could also arrange some small trips around the area to visit local places and a natural free thermal spa, which is a really cool experience. My mother lives on the first floor, while you and I would be on the ground floor, where a large open-plan living space includes a piano corner, a bar corner, a private home cinema, and a dining area. Also on this floor, there's a massage room (I'm a holistic therapist) and the kitchen. You would have your own private bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Outside, there's a large garden full of flowers and trees that need some love and care — but don't worry, if you prefer you can simply relax and read a book under the shade, or practice yoga wherever you like...
