Important Notes Temporary Rental Contract We provide a standard Temporary Rental Contract (Contratto Affitto Transitorio) in compliance with Italian law, ensuring all associated benefits and rights. Italian Tax ID Code (Codice Fiscale) This is mandatory to sign the rental agreement. You can obtain it through your university (students), company office (employees), or by applying via the Agenzia delle Entrate website or your local Consulate (apply at least 2 weeks before check-in). Failure to provide it on time may result in additional charges. Documents Required Within 2 weeks of arrival, you must provide a passport copy, residential address details, and the Tax ID code of the contract holder. Contract Registration Stays of 30 nights or more require registration as per Italian law. Security Deposit A deposit equal to one month’s rent is payable on arrival. It will be refunded within 14 working days after check-out, pending apartment inspection. Utilities (Gas & Electricity) Utilities are included up to €70/month, with meter readings taken on arrival. Excess usage is deducted from the security deposit at market rates. Included in Rent The rent covers internet Wi-Fi, water, building expenses, contract registration fees, starting/final cleaning, and one set of towels/linen per guest. How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
