The room is very bright, quiet and faces the courtyard - west - with a large sealed window wall. Quiet location, two small parks, Wienerbergsee and Schönbrunn Palace Park nearby. Transport connections: Tram 62, Badner-Bahn Marx-Meidlinger Strasse right outside the front door; tramway 6/18 Eichenstrasse and Arbeitergürtel 7 minutes’ walk away; U4 and U6 various stations 10 minutes’ walk; Meidling train station 15 minutes’ walk. Supermarket and pharmacy are around the corner; Vienna’s food market “Gleisgarten” 3 minutes’ walk away; the shopping mile Meidlinger Hauptstrasse 10 minutes’ walk. Parking lot can be rented; good parking possibilities on the street. Here are some more details about the costs: the rent includes operating costs; the stated additional costs of approx. 86 euros include heating, electricity, hot water; here there is a fluctuation range of up to 50 euros more per person per month depending on the prescription of Wien Energie; and Internet, GIS etc. amount to approx. 50 euros per person per month.
