Avaiable are three rooms in a shared appartment (for 3-4 persons) in a house, which is located in the center of a small town Domzale, which is 20 minutes away from Ljubljana city center. (where all Faculties are located). Train station is located in walkable disstance from the house (it should take you no more then 5 minutes to get there). Next to the train station there is also a bus station where the Ljubljana city bus stops (LPP- line 12D). Train and bus operate every 10-20 minutes. In front of the house is a parking place for two cars. Appartment is 100 m2 large and has 3 bedrooms for 3 students, large living room, kitchen and a bathroom with a big green garden. Is equiped with mostly wintage furniture, but has everything you need for a pleasent stay (internet, TV, well equiped kitchen, shower, washing maschine, refrigerator, dishwasher, central heating, ...)....

If you cancel within 24 hours of confirmation – Full refund of first month’s rent.
If you cancel when your move-in date is:
- More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 7 days away – No refund
