This is a one bedroom apartment in a trendy part of the city called the Marais. It is close to Musée National Picasso-Paris, a museum and gallery dedicated to the Spanish artist. The neighborhood is lively and central with lots of cafés, restaurants and boutiques. There is no elevator. The apartment is on the third floor. This is an agency managed apartment. The agency fees charged are calculated as follows (including V.A.T) : – Lease of 3 to 6 months, the agent shall be paid 75% (incl. VAT) of the amount of one month’s rent. – Lease of more than 6 months and one day, the agent shall be paid the sum corresponding to the amount of one month’s rent (incl. VAT). Also, by French law you are required to subscribe to renter's insurance. We can provide a link if necessary. We further ask for an insurance covering unpaid rent, like garantme or VISALE.
