Cute cottage style house in Adlershof. We will be travelling for some months and therefore are subletting our wonderful house with a garden. It has a cellar and two floors. It is 10min walk from the SBahn Adlershof and you are quickly in Friedrichshain and at the airport. It is located in a cute little street and the area is very quiet. All toys and the fall out protection around the master bed (1,80cm) can be removed of course if not needed :) Gas and electricity is included but capped. Overusage will be invoiced...
