The apartment is a fully private, self-contained unit with its own entrance and no shared living spaces, located within a family house — offering complete independence while staying in a lived-in residential setting. Situated next to Laugardalur Park, with easy access to downtown Reykjavík, public transport, cafés, and daily amenities. A supermarket is within walking distance (8–10 min). The apartment is best suited for guests comfortable with a compact, well-organized space. Sleeping: 1 × double bed (140 cm) with good under-bed storage for suitcases, boxes, and bags Workspace: small desk and desk chair Kitchen: dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, portable single-burner cooktop (suited for simple meal preparation) Dining: table for two Laundry: washing machine, dryer, and a small indoor drying area (all within the apartment) A hot and cold tub may be available for use from time to time. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
