Property: The house is ideal for a family of four who would like to live in Bremen temporarily for between six months and about four years. The house is fully furnished and fully equipped with everything you need for living. You can arrive with suitcases and should find everything you need. If you are still missing something and it is not something quite extraordinary, it will be added. Overall, it is a very bright, light-flooded house with a bedroom, two living/bedrooms including Smart TV or TV, a living room with Smart TV and an open work area with desk (the half room), a kitchen-living room, an interior shower room in the basement and a bathroom with window and a combination bathtub/shower on the first floor, a combination room (heating and laundry room) and a storage room. WiFi is available in the house. The living room/bedroom in the basement and the bedroom have shutters on the windows. The living room/bedroom in the attic has pleated blinds. On the south-west side there is a small courtyard terrace with a large awning and a small balcony on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker/oven with extractor hood, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment and a microwave. The solid wood worktop is new. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room. The laundry room is also the boiler room, where there is a new gas central heating system with a connected 120 liter hot water tank (December 2023) and a circulation pump. In addition to the living space of 127 square meters, the storage room and the combined room (heating and laundry room) together measure a further 21 square meters. Location: The house is located in the original part of Findorff, one of the most popular districts in Bremen. Bremen's largest weekly market, the Bürgerpark, the main train station and many stores for daily needs as well as several restaurants and (kebab) snack bars are within walking distance. An elementary school and a secondary school are also within walking distance. The public transport connections are also very good. The bus stops for lines 25, 26 and 27 are approx. 200 meters away. Despite its proximity to the city center and train station, the house is very quietly located in a purely residential street in the third row parallel to a main road. Miscellaneous: The house was extensively renovated from mid-2023 to early 2025. The walls in the basement were treated against moisture and the sewer in the house was renovated. With the exception of the two staircases from the first floor to the first floor and from there to the attic as well as in the work area (where the paintwork is still very good), all walls were painted in all living rooms and in the basement. Some of the windows were replaced and the roof renovated. All lighting has been converted to LED (the only exception is the oven light, which is not LED). It will now be a first occupancy after this work. The rent is understood to be a “cold rent” of 1,750 euros per month. In addition, there is an advance payment for the operating costs (“ancillary costs”) of 450 euros per month, which are billed. Electricity consumption is also included in the operating costs. As this is the first occupancy after extensive renovation work (new heating, conversion to LED, some new windows), it is currently difficult to estimate the amount of gas and electricity actually consumed. The advance payments will be recalculated after the first statement of operating costs at the end of the year. The house can be rented for between six months and four years. A valid reason for a time limit must be proven! Smoking is not permitted in the house. TV: Sat connection is the standard. A cable connection is only available for the Smart TV in the living room and only as long as this is provided for in the contract with the respective internet provider. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
