The refundable security deposit will be 1750 EUR if your rental is for 5 months or less, and 3500 EUR otherwise. If you want to pay the rent monthly, you will also have to provide documents such as payslips or tax notices showing that you or your guarantor can pay the monthly rent. Water and electricity are included in the rent as part of the fixed charges. However, reasonable usage limits apply (based on typical consumption for three tenants).
