Description

Falls euch das Zimmer anspricht, schreibt mir gerne 🙃 ***English version below*** Hello out there 💫 The room is nice and spacious. There’s a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. In the kitchen, there’s a small dining table. Unfortunately, there’s no living room. The room is part of a beautiful old apartment and located on the first floor. I’d like to leave my furniture in the room, but I’ll clear out all my personal belongings. Depending on what works, I could also leave my plants in your care – and maybe even the TV :) The room would theoretically be available as early as July 1st (if needed), or from August 1st. The U-Bahn station Längenfeldgasse (U4 & U6) is only a 5-minute walk away. Tram line 12 and bus 57A stop right outside the door. A Hofer, Billa, and other shops are just 2 minutes away. It’s about a 20-minute walk to Mariahilfer Straße. In general, the location is super convenient. I’ll be going abroad for a semester and would love to move back into the room in December, or possibly January, to continue my Master's studies. I’m studying Ecology & Ecosystems. About the flat: we’re three people living here – Cristina, Noel, and me. Both of them are already working, and since I’m still studying, my daily routine is a bit different, but we all get along really well :)) Noel works at Caritas and Cristina is in IT. Cristina is originally from Portugal, so it would be great if you also speak English. If the room sounds like a good fit, feel free to message me 🤝🏻...

How to book this property

When you find a property you like it's fairly simple to make a booking. Both the tenant and the landlord need to confirm before completing a booking. This is how it works:

  1. Select your dates to check for availability.
  2. Contact the landlord by clicking on the contact button.
  3. Introduce yourself to the landlord. Ask any questions you might have.
  4. When you are ready to book, send a booking request.
  5. When the landlord approves and the payment is completed, you have successfully booked the property.

You don’t need to perform a viewing on HousingAnywhere, here's why:

  1. All of the properties on HousingAnywhere have pictures and a clear description. If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the landlord.
  2. Restricting viewings provides equal chances for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad.
  3. HousingAnywhere makes sure the property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the landlord after you have successfully moved in.
After you have made a booking, the contact details of the landlord will be shared with you. You can get in touch with the landlord directly, or keep using the HousingAnywhere chat. All the successive rental costs can be paid securely through HousingAnywhere.
