Spacious and comfortable single-room apartment. The Apartment is situated at the first floor, it has a private bathroom with a shower, a living area with kitchenette. WiFi, washing machine. The bills for water, gas, electricity, heating are included. At the booking: one month that is the deposit. This will be given back at the departure (calculated possible damages to detract) At the arrival: one month rent 1390€/month that include utilities, Wi-Fi, condo fees ect. + admin fee 500€ once for the lenght of the contract (for our services: availability in case of emergencies, help for your first steps in Florence, consultancies in case of need, ordinary maintenance...) Then, every month, you will have the rent pay. Ideal choice for students wishing to live in the city center....

How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.

If you cancel when your move-in date is:

More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
Less than 7 days away – No refund

The Tenant Protection fee is non-refundable.
