Furthermore, there is an amazing Neapolitan pizzeria close by, as well as a Bistrot. There is even a laundromat in the building and a post office right in front. Finally, only 10' away by foot you reach "Martesana", a very long bike and walking path immersed in the nature. Last but not least, you can park your car outside the apartment building for free! As for the contract, the landlady will provide a tourist rental contract (contratto di locazione turistica). Before the booking, the tenant must provide personal documents and details in order for the landlady to create the contract as soon as possible, and have it signed by both parts.
