Welcome to the wonderful capital city of Berlin. This is a modern and stylishly furnished apartment, a new balcony was installed in Jan 2024. The flat has a bright living area, a comfortable double bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. The area "Schillerkietz" is super cool, with lots of trendy bars, cafes, restaurants, and a vast park nearby. The location is safe and easily walkable. The underground station „Boddinstrasse“ and many buses are just a short walk from the flat. The bookshelf full of plants and books gives a homely feel to the apartment. You'll have everything you need with a washing machine, dishwasher and ironing equipment. In the kitchen, you'll find a kettle and french press. We have a guide in the apartment of our favourite spots in Berlin and around the flat. Kitchen: Fully equipped with Washing machine, dishwasher, stove, kettle, oven, pans, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, and everything you need Main room: Queen-size bed, wardrobe, desk, sofa, eating table, wifi internet router, iron board and iron. We also provide linens and towels; you don't need to bring anything. Bathroom: Sink, bathtub, shower (in the bathtub) Registration (Anmeldung) is not possible. Due to Berlin rules we only accept a minimum stay of 92 days or more. All bills are included in the rent other than the TV tax which comes to the individual that registers at the property. How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:
