Description
We have a free room for the summer in Sants neighbourhood (June, July and August). Our flat is near three metro stations (main lines) and only 15 minutes walking from Sants Train Station. We're living in the 7th floor in an all exterior 3-bedroom apartment. You will have a 10m2 bedroom with exterior views and furniture included. We're two spanish girls students doing our final architecture master thesis. We're really calm and chill and enjoy spending time at home. How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
