While this neighborhood lacks an abundance of commercial activity, Westgate is a short drive from numerous bars, restaurants, and retail stores in South Lamar. Less than a mile from convenience stores and restaurants along Menchaca Road in the southeast corner of Westgate, this lovely apartment is an ideal home for those that walk or ride a bike. A two-minute walk from the front door will get you to the nearest bus stop at the corner of West Gate Boulevard and Indio Drive. The Westgate Shopping Center, where you can find supermarkets and retail stores, will take you three minutes to get there by car. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure it, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check and electronically sign a residency agreement. You'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. We do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
