A spacious eat-in living area in the basement provides ample room for couches, chairs, and a small table. Each bedroom is large enough to accommodate a queen-size bed and nightstands. Allston is a vibrant and diverse neighborhood that mainly consists of young adults who work Downtown and college students that attend one of the nearby universities. Allston borders Boston’s Fenway-Kenmore, Brookline, and Brighton neighborhoods. It is a centrally-located suburb that features some of Boston’s best Korean food, coffee shops, and brunch hangouts. You will find everything you need at the triangle-shaped intersection where Brighton, Commonwealth, and Harvard Avenues meet. Front the front steps of this beautiful apartment building, it is a three-minute walk to the nearby Harvard Avenue station for the B branch of the Green Line subway, which runs up through Commonwealth Avenue and into Downtown. This apartment is a smoke-free unit that can be furnished upon request. There is also a communal laundry room located inside the building and street parking with resident decal.
