At 815-square-feet and featuring sturdy hardwood floors, high ceilings, large windows, exposed brick walls, and central heating, this second-floor unit is perfect for a group of college roommates or young professionals who work or attend school in Boston. A newly-renovated, eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped with full-size appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. Large, sunlit bedrooms offer closets and enough space for queen-size beds and additional furniture, such as nightstands and small desks. This smoke-free apartment also includes WiFi, keyless smart locks, and a wall-mounted TV. Allston is one of the more diverse neighborhoods in Boston due to the influx of college students moving here to attend Boston College and Harvard University. Ideally located right off the Massachusetts Turnpike, this apartment is in a location that is ideal for those who will be needing to commute to work or school. An eight-minute walk from the front steps of this well-preserved 1910 building will get you to Harvard Avenue station for the MBTA Green Line B branch. A four-minute walk will get you to Brighton Avenue, which serves as Allston’s main commercial thoroughfare. Here you will find an assortment of shops, restaurants, and drug stores. You have the option of renting a room or this entire apartment if available. Rooms can be furnished upon request. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure it, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check and electronically sign a residency agreement. You'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. We do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
