Die Wohnung an sich hat insgesamt ca. 80m2, in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus. Das Zimmer steht im Moment mehr oder weniger leer. Diverse Möbel wären allerdings vorhanden (140cm Bett, Schränke etc.). Die Mietdauer/Nutzung ist flexibel, vorzugsweise aber min. 6 Monate. Lage: Die Lage ist nahe Zentrum, mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ~5min bei den Arcaden. Röthelheimschwimmbad ist gleich um die Ecke. Techfak/Siemens ist auch nicht weit. Kaufland, Getränkemarkt und Fitnessstudio (mit Sauna!) ~1km. Tankstelle 150m, Naturschutzgebiet ~500m, Waldgebiet ~1km entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. In den Nk. sind Strom, Heizung, Telefon + Internet (1Gbit/s!, Flat) sowie die Mitbenutzung sämtlicher Gerätschaften enthalten. Die Wohnung wurde vor ca. 8 Jahren renoviert. Wasch -& Spülmaschine sind vorhanden, wie auch ein Mixer, Sandwitchmaker, Slow-Juicer etc. bereichern den Hausrat und den Alltag. Ein Kater streunert hier herum, er ist sehr zahm, pflegeleicht ...faul - Du solltest also kein Problem damit haben (Allergie, latenter Katzenhass etc.). WG-Leben: Es ist (fast) eine WG-Neugründung (3er WG). Peter ist als Sales & Marketing Manager für ein kleines Startup tätig, treibt gerne Sport und ist gerne unterwegs. Ich bin in der IT für ein StartUp tätig und ebenfalls sportlich relativ aktiv.
