Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Kaffeemaschine, Töpfe, Pfannen, Gläser etc sind selbstverständlich vorhanden. Heizung, Warmwasser, Strom und Internet werden vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Fenster sind neu und lärmabweisend. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel befinden sich vor der Türe genauso wie nette Cafes und Geschäfte. Eine Garage ist bei Bedarf vorhanden und kann gemietet werden. Es ist im Wohn- Schlafzimmer ein Echtholzboden verlegt, bitte dies bei der Nutzung zu beachten. Er ist sensibel auf Flüssigkeiten. Bei einer Nutzung der Immobilie von über 1 Monat ist eine Kaution von 800 Euro zu hinterlegen, die man selbstverständlich bei Auszug wieder zurück bejommt...
