The area is well-served by public transportation, with the Campanhã Railway Station providing extensive train services. Additionally, metro and bus lines offer easy access to other parts of Porto. The space This apartment has a maximum capacity for 4 people, 2 double bedrooms (one of them with a bathroom inside), another bathroom with shower, a living room and a full kitchen equipped with an oven and stove. The accommodation also has a dishwasher. Bed linen, towels and shampoo are included in the stay. We can provide a bed, bath and baby chair if requested. TV service and Wifi Internet available and free. Please note that the building does not have an elevator. Electricity bills included up to 75 euros and water bills included up to 50 euros. Weekly cleaning included. Guest access Guests have full access to all areas of the apartment (except closed storage areas) and amenities including towels and bed linen. This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
