Description

Hi! I’m leaving my room from August 2025 to February 2026 (dates are flexible). The area is between Crocetta and Santa Rita, and you can reach the city center in 15–20 minutes by public transport. The apartment is on the second floor of a building with an elevator and a doorman. Nearby: - Bus and Tram lines: 10, 64, 12, 5, 5/, 66 - University of Management and Economics (15 minutes by bus 10, 10 minutes by bike) - Politecnico (10 minutes by bus 10, 20 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by bike) The apartment has one bathroom, a kitchen with a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, and 4 bedrooms. The room has a desk, a large wardrobe, and a double bed. You’d be living with my three roommates. Everyone respects each other’s space, but we enjoy having dinner together or hanging out when we can....

How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
