I’m going abroad this summer and looking to sublet my apartment during my absence, for up to 6 months (shorter stays are also possible), starting from the end of May. The apartment (96 m2) is located on the first floor of a quiet building, near Turmstraße, with excellent public transport connections (both the Ringbahn and tram line M10 are within walking distance). It consists of three rooms, a fully equipped and functional kitchen, and a lovely balcony overlooking the inner courtyard – perfect for enjoying a beautiful summer in Berlin! A great bonus: the apartment has two full bathrooms – one with a bathtub, the other with a shower – each with its own toilet...
