This is a very quiet old street in the very popular Schwetzinger Vorstadt. In a few minutes you are at the train station and in 2 minutes at the tram stop for the trains to the city center ( 3-5 stops to go) or to Ludwigshafen. Of course you can also walk, then you need 15-20 minutes. The university is also close by. The street has an old tree population and just around the corner are great restaurants and pubs. The apartment itself is on the fourth floor and has always been kept in good shape. It consists of a living room with dining area and sitting area, you look out onto the old street. Then there is a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with everything you need. Like and ofen, fridge, cerancookingfield, dishwashingmachine and so on. Also you have a brand new washing machine in the bathroom. As well an television with satellite TV and kabel TV. Also you have fast wifi to work and everything you need. Also there is a big basement which is also included in the rent....
