Hello, everyone! My friend and I are offering a flat for sub-rent for 2 people from this summer until the end of the winter semester (July 2025 – February 2026). The flat can be also rented as a whole, for 2 people (preferable option)! The flat is located in the 2nd district in a pretty, old building (Altbau) right next to Donaubrucke and Vorgartenstrasse metro station, so offers a really great proximity to city centre but also other parts of Vienna. For students, it is only about 15 minutes walk to the WU & SFU campus too! The flat has 73m^2 with 2 separate big rooms, bathroom and separate kitchen. It is well-suited for WG type of living. The price for the flat itself (without utilities) is 1140eur/month (570eur/person). It is not very easy to find furnished flat in Vienna but since we are coming back afterwards, we offer for this amount of time fully furnished apartment - that includes all the furniture, home-appliances, cutlery, washing machine as you see on the pictures. Electricity, heating, wifi would stay written on us, therefore, it would not be your responsibility to handle the bills for these. They will be included in the price you pay us (extra to the flat itself), also giving you more flexibility, especially if you are not from Austria.
