You will also have a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and all the necessary services within a few minutes' walk. The area is safe and quiet, perfect for comfortable living. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
