There are clothes rails, hanging shelves, two desks and two nightstands. The room is not appropriate for a home office arrangement. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, including a water filter tap. The host is vegetarian. You will have your own kitchen cupboard and you can also store food in the fridge/freezer. Downstairs, there is a yoga studio where small, female-only yoga classes take place 2 or 3 times per week. The building is a fragrance-free zone due to allergies. This property has a relaxing vibe, peaceful and quiet. Visitors are not permitted. The house is located in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood in Dublin 7. It is an ideal location for a professional person or a mature student looking for peaceful accommodation. The nearest university is the Technological University of Dublin at Grangegorman which is 20 mins walk away. Other universities can be reached by bus. For your shopping, there is a large Tesco supermarket about 5 minutes walk away. The house is 2 mins walk from the largest park in Europe, Phoenix Park. The Park is wonderful for walking, running, or simply enjoying nature and wildlife. There are wild deer roaming free! There are also cafes there and Dublin Zoo or you can rent a bike. There are 2 bus stops nearby either on Blackhorse Avenue (37, N2) or on Navan Road (numerous)...

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
