This house is clean, warm and modern. The room is bright and spacious with windows front and back. A super comfy double bed guarantees a great night's sleep. There are clothes rails, hanging shelves, two desks and two nightstands. The room is not appropriate for a home office arrangement. If you are a student, it is expected that you will be on campus during business hours. The kitchen is modern, well-equipped and suitable for vegetarians. For this reason, it is not permitted to cook raw meat or fish in the kitchen. However you can use ready cooked, pre-packed meat or tinned fish here. You will have your own kitchen cupboard and you can also store food in the fridge/freezer. Towels, bedding and bed linens are included in the rent. However household items like toilet roll, washing up liquid etc are not included in the rent. Downstairs, there is a yoga studio where small, female-only yoga classes take place 2 or 3 times per week. The building is a fragrance-free zone due to allergies. The Park is wonderful for walking, running, or simply enjoying nature and wildlife. There are wild deer roaming free! There are also cafes there and Dublin Zoo or you can rent a bike.
