Our cozy apartment is available from June 1st until October 1st and offers a comfortable living space in Vienna. It’s bright, with an open view of the hills, letting in plenty of natural light that makes the space feel warm. Inside, you'll find a fully furnished setup that includes a huge, comfy couch, a modern kitchen, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. For those who work from home, there are two height-adjustable standing desks paired with external screens and high-speed internet, plus a 55-inch TV. You will also find a walking pad for when you feel like exercising while working. One of the charms of the apartment is our collection of beautiful plants that we would prefer to keep alive, so it’s a perfect fit for someone who enjoys looking after greenery. The apartment is in Taborstraße, right next to a tram station. This makes it very easy to reach the center of the city—it's only a 12-minute tram ride or a 30-minute walk to Schwedenplatz. The subway is just 5-minute by tram (appox. 12-minute walk) and so is S-Bahn station Traisengasse which has a straight connection to the airport (approx. 30-minute). For summer walks, you can reach the beautiful Augarten park in 7 minutes, and the Danube in 15 minutes...

If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:
At HousingAnywhere, in-person viewings are not supported — so everyone has an equal chance to rent, no matter where you are in the world. To help you make an informed decision, we recommend:
Use the ‘Message landlord’ button to start a secure conversation on our platform. You can ask questions, discuss terms, and safely exchange documents.
Keeping your conversation on HousingAnywhere protects your privacy and helps you avoid scams. All your messages are also saved in one place for easy access and as a record of your agreements.
Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll share the landlord’s contact info so you can arrange your move-in.
Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
Watch this short video to see all the ways we keep you safe, from secure payments to support with finding a new place. For more details, you can also read about Tenant Protection.
