Bright 2 bedroom Ground floor apartment 80 m2 comfortable accommodation Located in a holiday village but quiet and green area and in a typical Algarvian style. From the living room and the terrace you can enjoy the gardens and the pool and a glimpse of the ocean too - :) Within walking distance of the city centre of ALVOR (6500 habitants), with a bakery, butcher, pharmacy, several restaurants and snack bars, ... and within walking distance from the beaches. The Algarve is internationally known as a popular destination for tourism. That’s no coincidence: the climate with sunny days almost all year, spectacular beaches and royal food are always tempting! We did find the perfect spot: while some places are overwhelmed by tourism, here we find a good balance between tourism and local life with a large fisherman community in Alvor. 45 minutes drive to the airport of FARO, each of the cities and beaches of Algarve can be visited in a day trip. Not for holidays. We do not rent out for holidays, just for professionals and reformed people that want to stay/work some months in the beautiful Algarve region. Minimum 3 months but limited to 12 months because we want to enjoy the apartment from time to time too. Attention: up to 100 euro electricity/month and up to 30 euro water/month is included in the price. Internet is included....
