De kamer wordt gestoffeerd aangeboden maar kan eventueel tegen bijbetaling compleet gemeubileerd worden (vraag aub naar de mogelijkheden). In dit prachtige pand zijn in totaal 4 kamers beschikbaar (verhuur aan 4 vrienden/vriendinnen is zeker een optie). De kamers worden aangeboden voor een maximale periode van 12 maanden, hierna zal het pand compleet verbouwd gaan worden. De keuken, badkamer en 2 toiletten dienen dus gedeeld te worden met 3 andere huurders. Verder is er een heerlijke ruime tuin aanwezig.
