ADMIN FEE & LONG TERM BOOKING DISCOUNT The admin fee is due _at the end of the lifetime of the renatal contract_ (in housing anywhere you can only click on "upon moving in" , so this is not correctly shown in the ad- r this fee will be paid in arrears in my contracts. BECAUSE I offer all tenants a renewal option at the end of their contract, they can extend the contract for the same time period as they have booked it. In case of a rennewal , the admin fee is not rrequired to be paid. Further more if the renewal option is being excecised, a 5% discount is applied to the cold rent (without utilities) for the renewal period. So as an example: If you book a 6 months period, you can extend for another 6 months. If ou renew, there will be no admin fee and the cold rent for the 7th month is reduced by 5%. This sounds a bit complicated, but you will receive a proper contract draft as soon as you contact me, which is fully transparent and which you can review before booking. :) ABOUT THE LANDLORD 1.
