Beautiful house in the Moaña across from Vigo, good neighborhood, a 14-minute drive from Vigo and a 12-minute boat ride away. The house has all the amenities, a large patio, BBQ, private parking, and a pool. The bus stop is 20 meters away and the beaches are a 10-minute walk away. We are looking for long-term stays, quiet people only. We don't allow parties or loud noises after midnight. We offer family-friendly living. Private room with double bed, TV, and storage space. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions. The entire penthouse apartment with two bedrooms is available for rent. Please inquire. !!Registered registration is for annual stays only.¡¡ But we can receive ,them monthly, but the rent is higher.
