I have a lovely, large double bedroom to rent to a female student for academic year 25/26. I live on a nice, sheltered road and am only 3 minutes walk away from the main road (Crumlin Road). There are several, frequent bus services going into the city centre arriving there in 20mins. This is ideal for city centre colleges and those outside town as further public transport can be taken from there. In short walking disance there is a local Spar shop, Shopping Centre, pharamacy, post office, parks, swimming pool & food outlets. I have back gardens front & back and patio. The bedroom is situated at the rear of the house and has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, window seat, study table and swivel chair, 32" Smart tv, Wifi and lots of extra space. Utilities are included. I have two living rooms, one which I use for my own private use and one available for tenants use, except when I need it. I am looking for someone who is quiet, down to earth. clean, tidy, pleasant and respectful. You would need to be a dog lover as I have a dog. I am friendly and easy to get on with. I do not allow overnight guests and would like visits from friends to be agreed with me in advance. The room will not be available until Sept 2025 and only to females so I will not be replying to unsuitable requests...
